First of all, the raw materials for making fecal leakage board are: Cement (4.25r strong type), sand, stone, brightener, steel bar (cut, diameter of 2-4mm), fecal leakage board mold.

1. Mix fine aggregate concrete. When preparing fine concrete, we must pay attention to the proportion of each raw material, in order to prevent the self-made fecal leakage board is not strong or the surface is too rough, and the fecal leakage board will damage the pig's feet.

2. Fine material is used as bottom material. Pour the fine concrete into the mold of the fecal leakage board, vibrate for a while until the concrete is evenly spread, and then place it for a period of time. This time depends on the thickness of the concrete base material poured in. If the base material is thin, the time for standing is short, and if the base material is thick, the time is long. Note that the thickness of pouring fine concrete base material should be controlled between 5-8 mm. Put the prepared reinforcement into the bottom material, and the depth of the reinforcement should be between 3-3.5mm.

3. Configuration of coarse material. The ratio of cement, sand and stone of coarse material is 1:2:2-2.5, and attention must be paid to water when preparing coarse material of waste board, because the coarse material should not be too thin.

4. The coarse material is loaded into the mold. Fill the adjusted coarse material into the mold with fine material and steel bar, vibrate for a while to make the coarse material of the fecal leakage board penetrate more tightly, then smooth the surface, cover it with plastic cloth, put it in the room and let it stand for 2-3 days.

5. Demould the drain board. After 9 a.m., move the mold to the outside, gently and repeatedly tap the edge of the mold and the edge of each leak with a rubber hammer, and the mold can be demoulded successfully. When demoulding, do not be impatient to prevent failure or incomplete demoulding.

6. Clean the mould which has been removed from the membrane, and then make the next batch of fecal leakage plates after disinfection.
